It fluctuates. Best answer would be to check the sign when you drive up. However, can say that Costco is consistently the cheapest compared to other gas stations in the area. Only one that compares reasonably is the one by the Casino.
It fluctuations as the market changes but it is the lowest around here. The Costco gas in Skagit county is usually cheaper than here
