No they do not there isn't a system in Bellingham yet for deliveries that I know of. Maybe setori, they use the baker app and might do online ordering threw that where you just pick it up in the store.
No they don't deliver, walk in only, but if you have a caregiver they can bring paperwork showing it, then they can buy for you. Same as if you're a minor.
