CBD is where it's at! Get some CBD edibles and start off slow. If you want to experience a "High" go with Indica edibles and start slow. If you'd like to smoke again stick with an indica, or better yet a mix of CBD and indica, with a higher amount of CBD.
Stick with CBD for anxiety, but if your venturing in THC territory, likely indica would be the most calming
They have lots of choices. Something for me for anxiety is I do edibles.
