With their older clientele, i would belive that they could more then other fitness establishements. I recommend calling them.

There are classes geared to seniors of all abilities. I know there's a seated Tai Chi class as well as a seated exercise class. I would recommend stopping by the club to talk to someone who would be able to talk class specifics and for you to get a sense of the classes that are available and might fit your physical abilities. People in most classes are very welcoming.
