Flow gel from Fairwinds is pretty amazing. Its a topical so you dont have to smoke if you dont want to. But if you do CBD strains can help with that.

It really depends on the type of injury. Just by your description, I'm thinking from neuropathy, broken, misaligned socket, spinal damage,... CBD/CBN topicals could help in some of these, capsicum in some, heat or cold compress,... any combination COULD help but a sports therapy or physical specialist should be consulted.
