Park at the water tower and you will see signs to the trails across the street from the parking area.
The trails just loop around the falls. They are marked. Machine Falls is the larger of the two.
There are several trails, but they all branch off from the main entrance across from the water tower. There are signs at the major trail intersections indicating whuch trails goes where.
