Yes, you can place an order on Fred Meyer's website (click on this locations website link). However, Fred Meyer does not deliver, so while you can order and pay for yourself online, someone else will have to come and pick it up.
I'm sure you could. I have ordered one under my husbands name in the past so he could go pick it up. Not sure whether they would take your payment over the phone though if this is a gift for someone. I think there is a location closer to camas than this one btw
