You have to wait either way, even with an appointment. I have friends that waited less time without an appointment than I do with one.
No. You can make an appointment, but they also accept walk up’s. To wait less time, make an appointment and arrive as soon as you can. They’ll put you as a priority before walk-ups, as soon as you check in. That’s what I did, and was in & out in less than 30 minutes.
That would the best thing to do to minimize your time there otherwise you'll be sitting there waiting g for your number forever
