Yes. The main trail loop is paved and wheel chair accessible.

There are a few that are truly wheelchair accessible trails but not many. The public restrooms and recreation play area are all paved. It would be nice to have more of the trails fully accessible though.

Most of those are wheelchair accessible. Children's playing place, rest rooms are also. There are multiple loops in the park. One Longer loop is partly with gravel, which is in one stretch.

Some are paved and fully wheelchair accessible. You can get from one end of the park to the other on those. Bathrooms and the playground areas are accessible. Not all paths are, as some are gravel or bark chips. Some of those are also rather steep.
