I don't think they sell stickers but I'm sure they would sell you a patch.
This next summer will be their centennial celebration (100th anniversary). They are planning a ton of cool memorabilia, including a ton of centennial themed patches, and other gear, so stop by if you can. I would recommend trying to connect with your old troop if they are going, since I think Parsons might want a troop to endorse any visitors to camp for security reasons.
They had stickers at their Trading Post when we were there last summer. They had a few different ones there.
