The bridle paths here are a good walking alternative when Cooper Mtn is too crowded. Stroller accessible but a bit steep for most see ones to walk. Also there is a large playground.

No. It is a public park, garden, playground and mansion for tours and rent.
That's very specific, assuming its not hazardous i would think so parking may get tight depending on how many other people want to go there Sunday, but there should be enough room for 25 people
