If you are appearing in Cowlitz County District Court to quash a warrant, an attorney is always there to appear with you.

We will know when you go in to court to quash your warrant and an attorney will be present to represent you at that time. You need to be at the court house at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday and get on the walk-in docket to quash the warrant.
