It's more a question of the recipe. Baristas simply don't have the directions to make a drink of that size. They are following the corporate policy. If you would like, you can try a Trenta Iced Coffee or Cold Brew with added Mocha and even some milk or espresso. It will taste very similar!
The reason we cannot do that is because in accordance with corporate standards, we are not allowed to make espresso drinks in a trenta cup size.
