I was able to get my answer over the phone. Very busy store and they are short on staffing. Similar experience everywhere we go. Patience is definitely needed these days when shopping just about anywhere.
You can't get help in store either. Nobody has keys for anything and nobody knows how to find anything. When you do ask for help you get an answer like "I think it might be over there". Sad
I got through recently looking for photo depo. Had to keep trying.
The few times I have tried calling I've always been able to get someone on the phone. Getting me a helpful person is another story.
I talk on my cell phone when in the store get great service.
Walmart treats thier employees like they don't matter and as if they are so easily replaced. When u treat ur employees poorly they aren't going to do the best job.
No they don't answer the phone and there is only one set of keys for certain things like perfume and razors and they usually don't know who has them or have to go to the back to get them Matt is also a horrible manager and when problems arrive he walks away. Horrible service.
No they don't answer phone and most look at you stupidly when you ask 4 something
Yes, but are short staffed around phones and busy with in person customers
Cannot help. When I walk in there are people that can help.
