They do. Google Walmart online grocery order. You can choose to pick up or have food delivered. There is a fee it's typically $8 to $10 if you just want a single delivery or you can sign up for their monthly subscription delivery which will allow you to have unlimited delivery within their available time slots.
The only delivery I know about is thru online and doordash delivers, not sure on costs.
