It remains busy... but the rotation of customers coming and going is pretty fluid so there's always a place to sit.
I feel like it goes in spurts, but if you stop by before 9:30 it typically is not busy. After 9:30 it starts get busy. Then I feel like there is another quite time @1 before all the kids get out of school. That's just what I have noticed.

When we were there, we didn't find it busy. Just a few customers enjoying their late lunch. We had a bit of a problem finding a parking. This place is in a busy street right before a stop sign, which adds traffic, which makes it difficult to parallel park.
CRAFT.19 is typically quite busy on the weekends, but you can almost always find a place to sit and relax during the week. I do quite a bit of work in the roasting room next door to the main cafe area (large room of extra seating added this year).
