This is a broad question but I have fallen on hard times and im just wondering how it works thank you

Upon first visit you just give you name and address. You will check in every time you go and then "shop" for what you need. They are open M,W,F.

MWF 10 TO 6 SOMETIMES THEY WILL HAVE A PAPER ON THE SHELF ON FRONT OF FOOD THAT YELLS U HOW MANY OF THAT ITEM I CAN TAKE MOST ITEMS ARE TAKE WHAT U NEED

Just show upon Mondays, Wendays or Fridays 10am to 6pm bring an ID or driver's license and that's just about it. You Walk around and grab whatever you need.
