Was an OK massage, altho I didn't get the areas worked on that I requested. There was a lot of chatting right outside the door of the room I was in and that was distracting. Not the best massage I've had by a long shot. not worth the money.

Emily specifically was very well with her art of Massage. Good with deep tissue and on point with the areas of focus in which you indicate. Was a master on the neck and overall made the experience very peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommend. Upon arrival accomodations went well and was able to get in quickly after paperwork. Wonderful place!

I have been going to Cascadia Center for Massage for a number of years now. The therapist that work there are incredibly skilled, pleasant, and obviously passionate about helping others. Cascade Center for Massage is a big part of my "team" that keeps me moving and feeling my best. I do not hesitate to recommend them to others. They have always done a wonderful job for me, and I know they will for you as well.

I recently injured my shoulder playing baseball and was in need of care. I went to Cascadia Center for Massage and had a wonderful experience. First off, they were able to accommodate my schedule with their Saturday hours. I was also impressed with the clinics layout. It is beautiful, quite, and has large confortable massage rooms. I had the privilege of working with Beth as my massage therapist. She was great! Her ability to work the area that was injured was fantastic. I felt her work was very appropriate – not to aggressive, but aggressive enough to move me from injury to healing. I left the massage with greater range of motion and less pain with motion. I will definitely continue care with Cascadia and would recommend them to all. Thanks Cascadia Center For Massage

A Swedish Massage is characterized by the use of long smooth slow strokes. The focus is often full body relaxation and the therapist uses light to moderate pressure. Deep tissue or medical massage typically focuses on just certain areas of the body where there is injury or pain. The therapist works more deeply to address tension and adhesions in specific muscle and the surrounding fascia using a variety of massage techniques.
At least one of the therapists accepts insurance. Ask when you make an appt. Yes, they work on accident patients. Their theraputic massage is excellent.
