Yes, the staff are very helpful in working with you & your needs. The one thing I don't think was as advertised as much as it should is that most recliners can be made in a higher height. That is the best addition I added to my recliners. I did get neck, lumbar & leg adjustments. Depending on pain, I can adjust all 3 and rarely do I keep in one position for a long time...so great.
Ve sure to get a La-Z-Boy with independent controls for the back and leg rests, so you can adjust the leg height separately.
Get a La-z-boy recliner. You can get your feet high enough to reduce swelling in those two areas.
