Is there someone who safe that you can park overnight and be remain inside your vehicle without law enforcement bothering you and bothering residence is there such a place that exists here in Des Moines??

It's not just Des Moines.Its county ordnance, basically a rest area you have a certain amount of hours and aside from camp grounds that's about it.Its not really legal to sleep in your car very many places.....in fact,you can't live in your car in your own driveway or live in a RV in your own driveway in King county

Perhaps your Driveway is the safest place. Otherwise, usually no overnight parking/ camping w/out a permit.

I believe there is a sign that says no overnight parking without permit.

Saltwater Park is literally 5 minutes away from the city center. Being a state park, there is a fee, but it is accessible and safe.
