From Walmart's website: "Senior shopping event: Each Tuesday, those age 60 and older can shop the store and Pharmacy one hour before opening." They are open: "Mon - Sun| 7 am - 10 pm" So every Tuesday 6-7 AM
I'm pretty sure they do, between 6-7am
