We have shopped at three different Home Depot stores. All have been positive experiences. We've found the staff at the Sequim store to be especially helpful. Normally friendly and knowledgeable, on multiple occasions they've gone "above and beyond" to help us get our projects done. Competitive prices, good selection, and a great staff, Sequim Home Depot is our "go to" for our hardware, lumber, and garden needs. Thank you again to manager Dawn, lead checker Dennis, and the whole crew at the Sequim Home Depot.

Could have been five stars but we were left alone for almost half an hour after asking for someone to unlock something we intended to purchase. We wound up buying something else because no one ever showed up to help us.

Horrible service at the customer service desk. Product wasn’t delivered. Asked them to help. First they told us it’s our problem, then they told us it was lost and we should just cancel and re-order it, then we find out from the shipper that they were waiting to ship until they had more stuff to make it worthwhile for them. After another 2 weeks still no product. Called the service desk again and asked them to find it. They told us they would try and calm us back. Instead they just canceled our order. Now the product isn’t even in stock and even worse the customer service woman wasted tons of our time trying g to explain how she was helping us by not actually doing or solving anything. Can’t trust them to deliver on anything these days.

Very helpful customer service, seems as though each individual has there own specialty section which they know quite well. Plus if they didn't know they send you to the right person that does. If I think about it, I have always found whatever it was I set out to purchase. And at a reasonably good price. With all the purchase options available I'm glad there are folks that know how to help at Home Depot. Set out to find M2 hardware that I needed to finish building my FPV drone. Could have ordered from a FPV site online. Yet I needed my hardware now an did Not want to wait 3-5 days. At the same time I was also able to pick up M3 washers.
