You occasionally have to wait for a machine but never for too long. People are usually nice and will let you rotate in between sets.
From what I've seen weekdays can be busy from 8-noon
Ive never seen that, or close to that, in five months of visits. I go midday.
In the nine months I've been going, there have been 3 occasions when I've had to wait for a machine. These were the Hip Adductor, the Incline Press, and the Tricep Extension machines. Occasionally it is challenging to find space in the Free Weights and 'Flexibility / Mat' areas. Most of the schedule, even during peak hours, it is easy to complete a workout, even if waiting for a machine. The wait I've encountered has not not more than a few minutes. It is easy enough to fill in the time at another station until an opening comes up.
I never have to wait... but depend what time you go. The gym has a schedule for more or less busy hrs. and days.
I'm an afternoon person and have only seen rush hour as the only time treadmills are full.
Not really. Sometimes if you go on the weekends but there's so many machines and lots to do you just go do something else while ur waiting
