If you have not set up a PIN/password, it defaults to the last four digits of the primary phone number in your library account. If you don't know your PIN/password, you can reset it in the catalog using the email address associated with your account at https://kcls.bibliocommons.com/user/forgot? You can also reset your PIN/password by showing photo ID to staff at any KCLS library.
