You need the proof of ownership for the vehicle, auto insurance and either a NYS id/permit/license or 6 pts of ID in your name.
Same as any other motor vehicle office ,registration,licence ,birth certificate as info about your vehicle is required ,,I hope I did help ,it's not hard
