Did a mobile order only to see i was missing 2 large fries and charged me for it. Then tried to call and no one picks up. This location is just poor in customer service and execution.

They aren't 24 hours. Ever. They always cry there system is down or whatever excuse they make from 2am to 5am. (For the last 6 months) For a place that sells microwave food, spend time at taco truck or 7/11

We ordered our and the two people who helped us were great but when it was time to pickup our order my husband asked for a shopping bag for the food the manger a male wouldn't put our fo in the bag he just threw two plastic bags at us .he said they don't put food in bags anymore. I tried talking his picture he turned his back .

To be fair while I was waiting at the drive-thru I saw a rat, a raccoon, a skunk, a cat and a beaver around their garbage at the same time, but it was outside, what do you expect when there's leftover food in the garbage
