Yes call customer services it's available 24 hours a day! Maybe a little frustrating but it should be helpful and have patience.
Depends on the question... You can usually just go into Macys and ask their customer service or manager for help... But otherwise all questions can be answered by calling the Macys customer service phone number.. (Listed on bills and back of Macy's card). Hope that helps
