We will be staying at the Belfair State Park and the Oyster harvesting is closed. Is there any place nearby that we can buy fresh oysters?

"Near by" I believe the QFC in Belfair sells them.

Absolutely. Any big grocery store will have them. And they are so local, it will feel like you harvested them yourself!
