Disappointed in tonight's service not even crowded and the tots taste like they have been sitting for a while they aren't even luke warm, and I got a runny vanilla shake with the lid not on soon as I grabbed it

Touch!! Did you talk to the manager ?? They're usually pretty good. Hopefully you will have a nicer visit next time. If not, call Sonic Corp. and report them.
