I would assume a scam unless you actively entered in for a reward. You can always respond but never give them any personal information like a bank account. If it truly is Lowes they should be able to give you a digital or physical card that you can use in store

I have no idea what this is. I certainly did not send it consciously. However, I'm 70 and not that experienced with cell phones. If I did, then it was purely by accident. I'm sorry you were disturbed.
