Do you guys even realize that your employees “smoke area” causes the main entrance to smell like an ash tray and that when they’re out there, the smoke fills the cart area and is smelt even 10-20’ inside the front door?

Agreed. It's gross.

Our employee smoke area is behind the building by the tire and lube Express area. If they do get caught smoking up front by management then they will stop it immediately. I don't smoke, but I do apologize for this. As it happens to be, we do not have anyone watching the front area 24/7 to prevent this issue. On the other hand, not everyone who smokes in front of the building is an employee.

I hate smoke too, but never had an issue with that at Walmart even I am there at least twice a week.

I do believe that they 25 ft from any entrance as state law requires if it bothers u that bad why do u continue to go to this place? There’s many other stores who provide the same products who might not have so called employees standing Outside smoking I think this might be more suitable for u since this is what u consider an issue rather then homelessness , poverty, child trafficking, racism ect.

Use the entrance by the pharmacy and you won't be bothered

I agree 100%. However, I doubt any of the managers are going to read this. The best thing to do is contact management directly with your concern.

Unfortunately I agree with Justin. I've seen employees smoking next to each of the entries. You would think they would be in the back or side away from the entries. Hopefully one of the managers sees this.

Just plain don't like smokers because even if they stand 20 feet away from the entrance (no matter the venue) the wind blows it right in the entrance door anyways.
