Hello I need more information about your bad plan to handle this weather but noone will answer the phone and your message doesn't help at all. What am I suppose to do with two more weeks of recycling that I don't room for? Will there be a refund?

Unfortunately, poor weather conditions create unsafe and undesirable road conditions. Safety above everything else. Is garbage and recycling worth risking severe injuries or even lives?

Am i suppose to put a bunch of bags of recycling out by the curb? Isn't that against their own rules? Will you be providing an extra bin free of charge for our extra recycling?
