Depends on where you are on Hwy 99 to give directions. Go to Google Maps and select the blue button. Type in where you are and where you need to go and it will give you the best route from where you are.
Head East on 196th Street Southwest off of 99 continue all the way until you go past I-5 and it's in the Lowe's parking lot

I have tried to find this place 3x ended up on locusts rd,what a diaster, convinced it does not exsist look for Lowe's.
