Why is this location so slow? Everytime I stop here the wait time has been over 10 minutes before I even order. This is not the way to retain customers.

I agree I have often driven away

Only 2 people work both inside and the window, maybe a manager too. 1 cook. Never clean tables. Just really understaffed. I always go in and have a drink while waiting.
