Yes, Anthony's does take reservations.
Reservations strongly recommend ed up stairs (you can get in if you don't mind waiting).
Reservations for upstairs unless you want to eat in the bar area. Lots of window front tables. Enjoy!
I like to sit by window, recomend reservations if you want "good" table.
You can do a walk-in, but I would recommend a reservation if you are trying to seat during the main dinner hours.
