These are the worst apartments ever …no parking spaces , cars get broken into and the office doesn’t care.the reps are also rude regardless of how polite you are. I’ve never seen so many unprofessional managers in one place … stairway bulbs are never replaced however much you complain they always say we are gonna look into that my kid fell due to missing a step I Moved already because I couldn’t deal with all that nonsense and I’m paying a good sum of rent Unless you’re OK with all of that I wouldn’t recommend moving there

While living there for 4 years it was okay. The parking situation is terrible and I had to pay for a spot to be able to park anywhere near my building, while people constantly park in fire lanes for free. The part that was most surprising was at move out they took my whole $700 deposit on a 530 SF apartment, charging me for things that were outrageous and then refused to respond to me when I asked them about it. Guess they won't have to pay out of pocket to replace the already hole filled, ghetto patched carpet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT ALL.

The community has a very nice and professional management team. Pauline the Community Manager is always very nice and helpful. Jeremy is the head of maintenance and is also very nice and professional. Really nice well kept pool area and nice apartment options to choose from. Near shopping plazas and close to the freeway.

I have currently moved out due to buying a home but I live at Saddlebrook apartments for the past 3 years and all I can say is that the place is amazing. The staff is friendly and great! Natalia manager is on top of things and always willing to look for solutions when something comes up. Angela assistant manager is so kind and helpful. This has been my home for a couple of years and if I had not had purchased a home I would live there. It is a great place to live.
