Does this gym have any amenities besides the workout equipment that is included with membership such as classes or massage tables are tanning excetera? I couldn't find a contact form on their website or any details about the gym itself

Lots of classes and free trainer trial. No tanning, massage, sauna or towels.

This is a great gym to go to. But no massage or tanning
that I know of. The staff and gym are excellent.
