Our beloved 7 yr old (neutered) male cat started randomly peeing/marking/spraying in the house around a year and a half ago. We have tried everything we can think of - from cleaning to bldg a catio. (we also have his sister) Any suggestions?

I can appreciate you going the extra mile for a Catio and cleaning. I would definitely go to your Veterinarian and rule out any medical reason? Is the cat declawed? I mean no offense by that question.
