I go to smokey point licensing for all of my vehicles. Always quick in and out and the employees are very kind and helpful. They are quick and I've never waited in line for long unlike many other licensing agency's. I live in lake Stevens and drive the extra distance to get the good customer service. 10/10 would reccomend.

I am sorry you are having to go through this. To best help you, I recommend that you bring what documents you do have and the vehicle/vessel information into our office so we can review the records and make sure that you have everything you need in order to sell the truck and boat. This type of transaction can be complex and is more than I am able to explain here.
We are a Vehicle and Vessel Licensing office. We do not process address changes for Driver's Licenses. However, you can process those at dol.wa.gov. There is no fee unless you would like a new card sent to you.
No it's just to registering your car and title mostly. The place to get ID cards and driver's license is off 172nd st In smoke point in that strip mall next to the dollar store. If it's a school ID you just go to the school
