This is a 55+ community and there are a lot of old people with lots of time on their hands that like to complain about people not followong the rules exactly. I'm uncertain whether or not the lot rental agreements allow for the addition of a hot tub, but it's best to check with the management.
I dont believe so. There is a strict policy in place for the appearance of your home and yard like no air conditioners sticking out windows, excessive clutter in the driveway, just to name a few but there are limitations to what your allowed to do as well like work on your vehicle no noise past 10 pm so as long as it isn't an eye sore and your not tubbing in the nude so the neighbors get offended I don't think the landlord will flip...
