There is a parking lot on the corner of 36th and Phinney, as well as by Fremont Studios on 35th - these are paid lots, charging either $5 and up for the afternoon or evening. There is also a lot of street parking on 35th and 36th which is unmetered.
Ish. There's usually space closer to the canal, within one block's walk.
