That's a good deal, but there's a reason for it. It's a local drug haven and the PD there doesn't do much to keep it under control. It's worth spending a few extra bucks to go the other side of the freeway, by AM/PM.
I think the King Oscar is slightly better and there are less sketchy people over there. Last few times Ive been to the Motel 6 there's a bunch of druggies and stuff.
