There are a small # of sites that belong the camp ground the rest is like a co-op. I have seen tents there. The office is more then compensating!! Friendly informative. The resident campers friendly!! Does not describe it..We where invited to join a few campfires..amenities very nice!! Kayaking was perfect. They have a resident board that is on patrol to welcome and address any concerns. Our campsite wasnt much more than a pad table and ring...But we spent most of our time hanging out with the owners nearby....I would go back for the people!!!
Sugar shores us a very different campground. Don't believe anything the office tells you each site is independently owned and the owner can give you off without warning. The office is no help. Since sites are beautiful and others literally have piles of dirt on them. I suggest you look for a different place
I have seen tents there, but don't know of the requirements. Yes the do allow dogs on a leash
No tent camping, but pretty friendly. RV requirements and campground rules are specified on their website.
