We have had Sonic for about a year. Chose them over a company that wasn't local. Our service has been relatively consistent. No real outages to speak of, once for a couple hours but that was resolved very quickly by their technicians. Speeds have decreased recently, but I'm attributing that to the cold. Keep up the great work Sonic!

We have had this internet for about a year and we are very happy with the service! Customer service has also been great and the people are local, not from some other part of the country. We were lucky to get the direct internet rather than the satellite signal and it has been amazing having a great, reliable signal even on cloudy days!!

We have had Sonic for almost 2 years. The only consistency is that the speed is unreasonably slow at least 1 or 2 times a week. Tonight is is almost unusable and we have had to up our cell service to make up for it. I call and every time it’s “well you are the only one”. I found that to be not true by asking around. Even had one of their own people tell me that in one instance there were a lot of people having the same issue. Same guy answers and appears to be bothered that I call. I don’t bother anymore. It’s the only choice we have so, pay the monthly bill and get poor service. Their router is also horrible. Our TV is 15’ from it and the signal is poor 90% of the time. It’s a step above satellite so we deal with it. Working from home is very hard though.
