Depending on how busy they are and how many staff they have, I have found them generally to be pretty helpful with things like this. They do offer repair and adjustments as a service for a fee. If you buy the strings from them and they are not too slammed at the moment, I would bet they would at least show you how to do one of them. It's not too complicated, so you could also learn to do it yourself on YouTube.
Sure. they won't charge you. They'd be happy to. I mean you have to buy the strings. These guys are the homies, they hook it up.

Probably for a price. Or watch a couple of YouTube videos and do it yourself. It is simple and a good skill to have.
