Visited this place as it is near Space Needle. The ambience was decent and the staff was courteous. The food was decent but had more better Mexican food near Space Needle. Tried the Alaskan Cod Tacos and Agave Nachos.

I have generally been a fan of agave. This was a lunch meal. I came into the restaurant at around 1:00pm. It was relatively empty with about 3-4 tables occupied and a couple of people at the bar. At about 1:10 is when I was able go place the order. I wanted to order the chicken dish from entrees but I was told it takes 25min(it said 15 in the menu). Considering that, I ordered the salmon entree hoping it would turn out in at least 15 min. I kept looking at the wait staff for an update after 15 min but no one even bothered to respond. Irritated, 35 min later I had to wave at the bartender to check on my food, to which I was told it will take only a few more. 5 min later I did get my meal, which was anyway and tiny piece of salmon (see picture, compare it to the asparagus) compared to other entrees at this place. It was not filling at all after all the wait, quite disappointing. I was later told that there was only one person in the kitchen to which I wondered, why not set the expectation early? I don’t write negative reviews often because I know its not a joke to run a restaurant and slips happen, but something needs to improve here.
