If you're planning to attend a Rooftop Cinema showing, it takes place on the roof of the Downtown Parking Garage. I'm not sure if the parking garage is officially ADA accessible, but you shouldn't have a problem getting to the roof because there are car ramps that allow anyone to access any level of the parking garage -- and that includes the roof.
The roof of the Pickford is not accessible to anyone! Our Rooftop Cinema summer series is on the top story of the Downtown Parking Garage at 1300 Commercial St, which is owned and maintained by the City of Bellingham.
