While I am sure children are fine, it is not a place that I would consider when going out with kids. Honestly, I do not ever remember families with kids at the restaurant.

Took my 11 and 14 year old kids. They were fine.
For older kids it would be fine. I wouldn't recommend for Littles.
I think not. Kind of loud and more of a tavern/ bar atmosphere.
Sure but it's not a "family restaurant" like Applebee's. It's a cozy place with fine food and drinks.
Yes, but the setting and atmosphere isnt. Kind of a hipster vibe.
