At what point does an event get cancelled because of the rain? How do I know?

No cancellation, bands are covered, spectators deal, no umbrellas but they do hand out ponchos. Best to come prepared for anything 😉

It probably won't be cancelled. The bands are covered, the audience has rain to deal with. The casino will pass out those clear disposable pancho's that will rip when you sit down. So...my advice is to wear waterproof shoes and a comfortable raincoat. No umbrellas.

Difficult call. Depends on event, organizers, artists and management

I believe that would be a judgment call by the management. It would be hard to say what is in the managements head.
