Why does this store keep disconnecting my calls instead of answering them. I've called six times, all departments, horrible customer service.

They are not in the phone business. I'm sure that due to the weather many phone systems are still in need of repairs. Be patient, and don't be so hard on the customer service for things that are out of their control. I have had VERY good customer service at this store repeatedly.

So it's like usps then. They have fully functional landlines that they use to only call out, not to receive incoming calls, therefore they go out of business if they cannot communicate between themselves and corporate. I don't think so. They are simply screening calls against customers. Maybe you are affiliated with them. Thank you for your useless information that's irrelevant.
